Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. For heavy items like treadmills or weight benches, delivery may take 7-10 business days depending on your location.

What is the return policy for footwear and apparel?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that customized jerseys and hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned.

Are the cricket bats ready to play upon delivery?

Most of our professional English Willow bats require oiling and knocking-in before use. We also offer a professional pre-knocking service for an additional fee.

Do you offer bulk discounts for sports clubs and schools?

Yes, Chaudhary Sports provides special pricing for bulk orders, schools, and local sports academies. Please contact our sales team directly for a custom quote.
